Recommended care before & after treatment with Cavi-Elite:

Your clients will love how quick & and effective this treatment is, but of course after care of proper diet and moderate exercise is crucial for maintaining optimal results.

Additionally, you can advise your clients of the following tips to optimize results:

1. Drink sufficient water:  To make sure your body responds well to fat cavitation, we recommend drinking 1.5 liters of water prior to and after your treatment.  Additionally, you should drink 2.5 – 3 liters of water per day for the following three days.  Why? This is because the ultrasonic cavitation treatment works by removing fat and toxins via the lymphatic and urinary systems, and days is required to complete this natural process.
2. Exercise or sauna:  20-30 minutes of cardio exercise is recommended after your treatment.  This should be done as soon as possible after your treatment as well as once a day for the following 3 days. Why?  Cardio activity facilitates release of and burns off any energy stored by the cavitation process.  In case you are adverse to cardio exercise, an infrared sauna session may be done as a substitution because this has a similar effect.
