WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide! International shipping takes roughly 10-20 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to Customs. Please contact your local government or postal service for more information on customs and duties.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

Standard: 5-10 business days-£6.95. No signature required

Expedited: 3-6 business days-£14.99. No signature required.

Express Shipping 1-2 business days: £39.99 ** orders need to be placed before 8am GMT

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order will take 24-48 business hours to process. Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with the delivery provider.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED/REFUNDED?

All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Intimates, and accessories are a final sale. In addition any and all sale items inclusive of flash sales, and orders with a coupon code are considered a final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

When you have completed your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete by making sure you stay on the payment page until you reach the page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at info@foreverfly.store . One of our team members will be happy to assist you. Please note to check your spam folder as well as your email may have filtered into that folder.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

If after contacting the delivery provider, you still need assistance locating your order, feel free to contact us at info@foreverfly.store and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order, unfortunately.

CAN I HAVE A GIFT CARD OR STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
At this time we do not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for a refund.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition please contact our team before sending the product back. We will not accept any returns with damages without being notified beforehand. Our team will gladly assist you with re-shipping the item out to you promptly.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES?

Customs & import duty charges do not apply to customers in the UK or EU.

For International customers, the price of the items does not include customs & import duties as these charges vary from country to country. So please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.

THERE'S AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Some of our items are so popular that they can go out of stock super quickly. Unfortunately, that means that occasionally we’re not able to send you all the items in your order.

You should have received an email from us confirming this and advising of a refund being processed for the missing item. Depending on how you paid please allow the following times for your refund to appear in your account:

Bank Account payments will take 3 - 5 working days PayPal payments will take 1 - 2 working days

Which courier will be used for delivery?

Orders for United States delivery will be shipped by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, and International Orders will be shipped UPS, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, UBI or by your domestic couriers depending on your country and region.

How much does shipping cost?

We make the delivery process easier and hassle free, by giving all orders with USA delivery address FREE shipping (no minimums).  Shipping cost to other countries will be calculated at checkout, and please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries about shipping cost to your destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can track your order via our website Track Order or the shipping carrier's website, as you prefer.

Will I need to pay customs duties? 

For international deliveries (meaning deliveries to countries other than United States), the customer is, by default, responsible for customs clearance, including payment of relevant import taxes, unless otherwise stated.  For certain products only, we are pleased to offer customs clearance services and tax free door to door delivery.  Please contact us regarding your specific products and location if you want more information.   For United States deliveries, you will not need to pay customs duties. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Once you place an order, processing begins and this takes 1-5 business days.  You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Transit time varies depending on different factors, including the specific product(s) you ordered as well as your specific location.  If you want to know the approximate shipping time for a particular product, please contact us and let us know, and be sure to include your delivery location.    Alternatively you may simply keep in mind the following conservative estimates:

Transit time for in stock products to most other countries will be approximately 8-25 business days.  If your location is not listed above, we may still be able to ship to your address, and you can contact us to confirm and to find out the approximate shipping time and any additional costs.

Machines that are made to order by the factory will take approximately 10-20 business days.

Shipping Delays:

Please note that Foreverfly is not responsible in the event your package is not received within the time frames estimated above, as there can be unforeseen delays caused by third-party couriers.  Therefore, no refunds will be provided based on reasonable delays in shipping (reasonable is defined as a maximum of 45 calendar days from the date of order).

We try to exceed your expectations and deliver without delay.  Thank you for your understanding.

Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages:

Foreverfly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, should such damage or loss occur during the shipping process handled by third-party couriers.

Therefore, please understand that no automatic refunds will made if a package is lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process.  However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the relevant courier, including the submission of the required documentation.

Re-routed or Refused Packages and Import Tariff Refusals:

Orders re-routed to a different delivery address by you will not be eligible for any refunds.  

Orders for which delivery is refused by you will receive a refund after the package has been returned to us, minus 40% to cover shipping and associated fees.

If your order is refused by the customs authorities in your country and cannot be delivered, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost.

Please note that many packages do require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery.  Please make sure you or someone responsible at your shipping address will be available to sign for your delivery if required.
