We now offer FREE Returns to all UK and US customers, within 30 days of purchase on selected products (terms apply). Please make sure you contact us before sending anything back, We will always go out of our way to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our service and  products or offer alternatives to make sure you are completely happy with everything, so please ensure you contact us first.

Our worldwide policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, We only offer refunds for defective or faulty products, exceptions can be made to this rule, so please speak to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Used Lingerie, Tights, Socks, earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, fragrance, and beauty products are  cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective. Belts, socks, leggings, and pyjamas in original packaging are refundable. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@foreverfly.store and send your item back to return address on the product.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 19 Harvey House Brady Street, E15PR London, London, UKM, E1 5PR, United Kingdom.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. There are exceptions to this rule so please speak to Us.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £75 or equivalent in your currency, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. best way to ensure this and avoid any issues is to simply communicate with us and give the tracking information so that we can work together and ensure a smooth process.

 

EXCHANGES

 

A Credit Note will be issued, so you can repurchase another item.

If you need an urgent exchange, we would highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return, and we will issue you with an e-store Credit Note, once we receive your unwanted item. (As we do NOT hold items for exchange while your item is being sent back)

 

CONDITION OF RETURN

 

All Garment/s must be returned:

Unworn & unwashed,

With ALL original tags still perfectly attached,

In product/s correct packaging,

No makeup/ tan, or smell of perfume, deodorant &/or washing powder!

All Shoes must be returned:

In original shoebox (In the same condition (not damaged), as delivered to you),

Must be tried on indoors/ soft floor.

Generally, Foreverfly does not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about your purchase. 

 

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

 

All Sale items can NOT be returned (Excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code)

 

For Safety/ Hygiene purposes, the following can not be returned:

 

Accessories (Any products within Accessories category)

Lingerie

Swimwear 

 

NOTE-

 

If you have received a faulty item, please email our Customer Care team Via Email (info@foreverfly.store) to be instructed what to do PRIOR Shipping your return back. You will not be reimbursed Returns fee's if our customer care team have not advised you Via email prior returning the faulty package.

Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for your returning item, as Foreverfly Store are not held responsible for lost/ damaged returns in transit.

 

ASSESSING THE RETURN

 

Return product/s will be assessed upon arrival and we will notify you if your return has been accepted Via email.

Un-Returnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above ‘Returns Policy & ‘Conditions of Return’ will NOT be accepted and will be return back to the customer. (Returned to sender).

 

 

 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

 

The item must be return within 14 days from when your return is received & inspected to qualify for an exchange/credit note.

 

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

You will receive your refund within 10 business days of the return being received and you will be informed via the email address that you provided us at check out when this transaction is complete.

Credit notes will be issued via Email and in the form of a code (Eg: foreverfly123) & stay valid for 6 months upon receiving email.
